Sponsorship Opportunities Available

T-shirt sponsor (1 available; $8500)

Everyone who attends will receive a t-shirt with your company’s name and logo prominently featured on the back of the shirt – talk about great exposure! Over 1,000 t-shirts will be distributed that day. Additionally, your company’s name also will appear on the 10 x 6-foot video screen to help broadcast the day’s events to the crowd.

 

Bar Sponsorship (1 available, $2,500)

Your company’s name and logo will be incorporated onto 2 large retractable banners (33 x 81 inches) located near the bar area. All eventgoers will see your name and know about your commitment to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s. Also includes a prominent mention on our video board.

 

Red-Carpet Welcome Banner (1 available $1,000)

Have your company’s logo incorporated onto a “step and repeat” 8-foot x 8-foot photo backdrop near the entrance. A perfect photo-op, where people can photograph themselves and let their friends know they attended Atco Battles Alzheimer’s. Also includes a prominent mention on our video board.

 

Music Sponsorship (1 Available, $750)

Your company’s name will be incorporated onto 2 large banners (33 x 81 inches) listing the day’s entertainment. An excellent, high-visibility opportunity to be associated with some of the Delaware Valley’s premier musical entertainment. Also includes a prominent mention on our video board.

 

ID badge sponsorship (1 Available; $400)

Our bands, volunteers, staff and stage crew will be wearing ID badges featuring the event logo. You can have your company’s name and/or logo included on this unique keepsake from the event. Also includes a prominent mention on our video board.

 

Video Board commercial/announcement ($350; up to 30 seconds)

A new feature for 2022! We will have a 10 x 6-foot video screen to help broadcast the day’s events to the crowd, which is expected to be about 1,000 people. This is your chance to have a video message or commercial at the event, showcasing your brand and commitment to finding a cure for Alzheimer’s. You will also be included in messaging on the board appearing throughout the day.

 

On-Site Tabling (6 Available; $250)

Here’s your chance to engage with everyone who comes to the event. You can distribute information or samples, sell merchandise (must be approved in advance), and enjoy the day. We’ll provide a table and chairs; you must supply a table dressing and your own personnel. Also includes a prominent mention on our video board.

 

Goodie Bags (Title sponsor -- $600; in-bag item -- $250)

This is new for 2022. We want to give everyone who attends a goodie/sample band. You can be the title sponsor of the goodie bag, with your company name and info printed on the bag, plus have a sample or information in the bag. The other option is to have something included in bag. Everyone who attends will receive a goodie bag upon entering the Flying W. No food or drink samples, nothing perishable, and preferably nothing breakable.

 

Raffle Basket Donation Items – no charge!

Just like in previous years, we’ll be holding a raffle/ticket auction. We would welcome your donations to help us raise money in our fight against Alzheimer’s and dementia. Gift certificates, baskets, sports and/or lottery tickets – just about anything! --- can be donated and we’ll create a basket.
